We offer a variety of top line aircraft
Why Lease?
Leasing is the smart way to grow your flight school without tying up capital or committing to a large purchase. The aviation industry is booming, and the demand for pilots is at an all-time high—but smart business owners know that sustainable growth is key.
By leasing, you can scale quickly to meet demand, increase cash flow, and avoid unnecessary debt. If your school already owns part of its fleet, leased aircraft provide extra flexibility—especially when your owned planes are undergoing maintenance.
Leasing allows you to maximize training opportunities, keep students flying, and operate more efficiently, all while maintaining financial stability.
Leasing vs. Leasebacks—What’s the Difference?
We offer straightforward aircraft leases, similar to how airlines lease jets or businesses lease corporate aircraft. Here’s how it works:
✔️ The Lessee (your flight school) covers operating costs, including fuel, maintenance, insurance, tie-down fees, taxes, and avionics updates.
✔️ The Lessor (us) provides aircraft at a fixed lease rate, determined by an hourly charge and a minimum number of monthly hours.
✔️ We offer flexibility—if you don’t use all your hours in a month, you can roll them over.
What about Leasebacks?
“Leasebacks” are often used by private aircraft owners looking for tax benefits, but they come
with challenges. Owners may limit flight hours, worry about wear and tear, and create administrative burdens for flight schools. Managing leaseback owners can be a distraction when your focus should be on students and operations.
Our leasing model is built for high-volume flight schools— if 50 flight hours per month is a “slow month” for you and you’re aiming for 75–100 hours per aircraft, we’re the perfect fit. Wewant your aircraft working for you, not sitting idle due to owner restrictions.
Why Are Our Rates Higher?
Yes, our rates may be higher than some alternatives, but here’s what you get:
